Deliveries

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, including all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding postage, order processing costs and gift wrapping costs. Delivery outside mainland France*, DOM-TOM and abroad will remain payable by the customer, regardless of the amount of his order. Your order will be accepted within the limits of available stocks. Each article presented on the site is normally available in our stocks.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. The maximum delivery time for your order is 15 days. The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is not guaranteed. If despite everything, one or more items on your order were to be unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. Despite the many checks carried out regularly on our site, it is possible that a product appearing on our site presents a price error. However, these are checked during order processing: if the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on our site, your item will be sent to you taking into account the lowest price. Conversely , if the corrected price is higher than that offered on our site, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and proceed to cancel your order, unless you accept the order at the new price.

Orders placed on the site can only be delivered in mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.

1. Dispute Delivery

As part of a delivery by our specialized carrier, we advise you to carefully check the condition of the goods in the presence of the driver.

IMPORTANT: The mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and does not cover you in the event of damage observed after unpacking your package. Thus, any item whose damage has not been explicitly and precisely noted on the delivery note cannot be returned. The Customer must then confirm his reservations to the carrier by registered letter no later than three days, not including public holidays, following that of receipt of the Products and send a copy of this letter to THOMAS TUCCINARDI. In the event of non-compliance with an order, the customer must notify the retailer within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaint outside this period will not be accepted. The product must be returned to THOMAS TUCCINARDI, 4 Avenue Berthelot, 69007 Lyon in the condition in which it was received. A return slip will be sent to you by email, and the same product will be sent depending on stock and availability.

In the event of a loss/theft of a package, you must contact the carrier to report the incident. The customer must send a HANDWRITTEN sworn statement as well as an identity document in order to contest it, from then on a complaint is opened. A period of 15 to 20 working days will be necessary to decide the file. The deliverer has the obligation to have you sign the delivery note during his visit, for a package with signature, in the event of absence a delivery notice and left in the customer's mailbox inviting him to approach his Job. In the event of force majeure due to exceptional conditions, if the carrier does not offer delivery with signature as a health precautionary measure such as during a period of confinement, the package can be left in the mailbox if the size allows it or in the vicinity. The period of 15 to 20 days for complaints may be extended depending on events.

In all circumstances (with or without signature), if the parcel is declared "DELIVERED" with the carrier's declaration in support, Thomas TUCCINARDI is then no longer responsible in the event of a claim for loss/theft.

2. Mediation

In accordance with Article L133-4 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative method of dispute resolution if common ground has not been found with the merchant site in accordance with the rules applicable to mediation, any consumer dispute must be entrusted in writing to customer service before any request for mediation at the following address:

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right of withdrawal for fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order provided for in article 6 of these general conditions of sale, to return the items to us without having to justify any reason. In the event of delivery of an item that does not comply with your order or is damaged during transport, please contact us at contact@thomastuccinardi.com upon receipt of the package. In the event of receipt of a damaged or non-compliant product, a photo will be requested, we undertake to return a replacement product, reimburse you or issue you a purchase coupon for the value of your order. This coupon is only valid once, is limited in time and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The exchange or refund will be made upon receipt of the damaged product, in its original packaging. If we agree to replace a product that is damaged or does not comply with your order, you must return this product to us within 15 days of the date on which we confirmed that we are proceeding with its replacement. In the event of non-compliance with your obligation to return the damaged or non-compliant product within the said 15-day period, it will not be refunded to you.

All srunchies, brushes and scalp brush cannot be taken back or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Right to retract :

For in-salon purchases:

For purchases in the salon, you have a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase and upon presentation of an invoice to request an exchange or a credit note. The fact for the buyer to buy within the show implies his unreserved acceptance and his full and complete adherence to the general conditions of sale which are available at the reception desk of the show or from the staff of the show, at the buyer's request. . As such, the buyer declares to have read and accept the general conditions of sale appearing on our site. Hair accessories, combs and brushes will not be taken back or exchanged. The buyer is informed in the salon of the essential characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products are those communicated by the manufacturer on the instructions for use or on any other document attached to the products.

On the site :

The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs back. You can exercise this right on all items purchased, returned in their original packaging and unused, except for electrical appliances and items when they have been unsealed. This faculty is not open to in-salon purchases.
