As you certainly know, Thomas is committed to sharing his knowledge and know-how with as many people as possible. He then decided to set up various training courses in order to reveal the secrets of his expertise to you.
Many of you have reserved your places for Level 1, Watch & Learn. In less than 24 hours, the various training days were complete! We thank you very much for your interest and your trust .
The very first sessions start today and Thomas is already in the starting blocks!
But if you haven't been able to reserve your place, don't panic: other level 1 training sessions will be put in place. 
TRAINING: WHAT IS IT?
One to three day(s) of training to discover and appropriate Signature Balayage .
Signature Balayage is a bleaching technique created and developed by Thomas Tuccinardi in San Francisco. Inspired by the greatest American colorists, it combines audacity and modernity . Tailor-made, meticulous and delicate, it will transform your clients' hair, undeniably, but always gently!
Who Should Attend ?
The Balayage Signature is aimed at hairdressers who want to become colorists, or colorists who are looking for additional expertise through high quality training.
Have you always wanted to push the limits of your transformations without achieving the desired result? Because you are afraid of damaging your clients' hair and raising their awareness by going too far in the process? Do you want to combine depth and subtlety of reflections with the shine and softness of hair that has not undergone any treatment? The Balayage Signature responds to each of these issues and brings you a know-how without any measure.
What is it made of?
This unique training is divided into three sessions :
- Level One: WATCH AND LEARN
- Level Two: HANDS ON!
- Level Three: ONE TO ONE
Each of these sessions takes place over an entire day and is completed, in order to become an expert in Signature Balayage!
To accompany you during this day, a training document will be given to you at the beginning of the session. You will find the summary of the techniques essential to the Balayage Signature, and you will also be able to appropriate it with your own notes and comments.
The lunch break will also be an opportunity to share a convivial moment together and to get to know each other a little better.
IMPORTANT - Each training session will result in the delivery of a certificate attesting to your presence . You cannot follow levels 2 & 3 without having validated the previous levels. The issuance of the certificate determines access to the rest of the training. Indeed, each training is designed to give you step by step the keys to Signature Balayage and support you in mastering it. It is a demanding and subtle technique , which requires attention and precision.
THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TRAINING
Level 1: Watch and Learn
This is a visual demonstration on a model, performed live . Thomas will explain to you step by step the process of his Balayage Signature . Thus, he will discuss with you:
- The specific techniques of this scan;
- The difficulties you may encounter and how to solve them;
- The method of making the wavy that sublimates the reflections.
Level 2: Hands On
It's up to you to play for this second formation: you are the one who practices! For a perfect mastery of Signature Balayage …
- First validate the Level One (prerequisite);
- Apply your previously acquired knowledge on a model ;
- Benefit from advice and tips to sublimate your creations and make your photos successful.

Level 3: One to One
An exclusive day with Thomas, just for you!
- For expert colourists who want to progress towards perfect mastery of the different scenarios of balayage;
- Level Three accessible provided you have validated Level One & Level Two ;
- Choose in advance the types of difficulties you want to face, and Thomas guides you towards their resolution .
