Aaaah summer, the sun, the beach... You see it, there, the crazy glow of our skin, the shine of our hair, and this light tan that enhances our complexion? It's true, summer has the gift of sublimating everyone. But this year, there is no question of turning a blind eye to the risks and harmful effects of the sun. We would tend to zap what we dislike, right?

- it dries out and sensitizes the hair and scalp (there is a risk of itching, dry dandruff);
- the sun makes the hair brittle, porous, split ends;
- it dulls the color.
And if the sun is the factor n°1 of the dehydration of our hair in summer, the aggressions are multiple :

- heating devices…

You know the speech:
Too long exposure to the sun or hottest hours remain dangerous, despite the use of sun protection. For the hair as for the skin, UV rays are harmful.
During strong exposures or prolonged exposures, it is highly recommended to wear a hat , cap , or scarf to cover your hair and scalp: this is the best protection.
Tips:
After each swim, rinse your hair well with clean water to get rid of any particles. No need to shampoo every time, as gentle as it is. But if you really have trouble using only water, you can also do a co-wash , that is to say simply use a conditioner to make sure to slide the slightest particle that would cling to our hair.
In order to protect our hair from friction and wind, we can bet on protective hairstyles such as the high bun or the braid. They will thus avoid the formation of knots , and will limit the exposure of the hair to the sun or to water during swimming.
